Premature Ejaculation
Suffering from premature ejaculation , I do foreplay for 10 to 15 minute with my partner and i get so exicited i get ejaculate and while having stroke in intercourse in 5 -10 strokes i ejaculate so me penis glans so extra sensitive i have foreskin so what i do to cure premature ejaculation because when i used some spray like stud 10000 then my penis get num and time increases but not too much so please help me out.
