Start doing Kegel exercise on daily basis
Perineal exercise-
While urinating stop the flow of urine, start again , stop & start again for 4-5 times .
It should be repeated several times a day
Stop and start method:
When you are about to reach orgasm. Stop the stimulation for about seconds and then start it again..Repeat this pattern until you want to ejaculte
The Squeeze method:
When you are going to ejaculate.At that point partner gently squeezes the end of the penis for several seconds.. then start it again.
