Premature ejaculation

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I can not last for atleast a minute on bed. Sometimes I ejaculated before full erection of the penis. Sometimes I used Sildenafil tablets before intercourse. It causes headache after few hours of use. Please suggest me a full-proof remedy for my problem.
