Premature ejaculation

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I am facing premature ejaculation problem. My penis doesnt tight for long time and i get easily discharge during sex. I am also following a ayurvadic doctor, he is sex specialist and medication from one month but not getting output, he is saying it is the course of 3 month. So what should i do,? Should i follow him for next month also, he is saying u can test your serum and blood and again after one month then u can see the result. I am confusing.
