Premature ejaculation
I am a married man for 2 years but during intercourse I ejaculated within 3 to 4 thrust after penetration. The tip of the penis feels too sensitive. I cannot control my ejaculation. This problem I have been facing since the day of my marriage till date. I tried using delayed condoms and sprays but that too doesn't help. I fell so unsatisfied and I cannot please my wife due to this problem.
I am in desperate need for help. So please I would be greatful if you could help me fix this problem.
