I am 33 years married. I have good erection but discharge or ejaculate after inserted or 5-10 strokes. I face this problem many years. I used tentex forte twice a day for 2 month and many ayurvedic products like stawar , safed musli , etc but no improvement. I have no medical history & not consume alcohol & smoking. Recently I use some medicine prescribed by doctor last 10 days but I have no improvement. 1.
