Hi, I have the following problems. I have Premature ejaculation and my penis is not completely erected. Sometime i feel irritation after ejaculation . Semen is not thick and it is like water. Feeling my penis is tiny. Can anyone help me please . PS - i masturbate since 8 years. Mostly I do once in a day.
