Premature ejaculation
Hello Dr, I am 26 yrs old and suffering from early ejaculation since many years...i ejaculate in between 1-2 mints in first round...bt if I take rest about 30 min and after that in second round it will last long about 7-10 min depending on me...if I have to ejaculate or not..bt in second round... Tightness of penis is not that much strong...and also quantity of sperm is very low in second round... Plz give some solution to this...

Time you have mentioned are perfectly normal. Penis may not get adequate erection if you try to perform again within half hour or more. Don't make sex as exam and your partner as examiner. Better feel that you are a  champion and play at your time and will.  If you have adequate, prompt and sustained erection first time, it mean you are not suffering from erectile dysfunction or impotence.

Have good sleep,  do exercise & yoga daily for 1 hour. Take hot milk 1 glass morning & evening. Avoid spicy..chilli.nd fried food Take tab. Manmath Ras.... tb.. Pushp dhanva Ras  ... nd tb pooranchndra ras  one tab. each morning & evening for 3 months...wd hot milk.. See d results or otherwise consult a sexologist personally
