Premature ejaculation during sleep
I am 25 yrs old & have a problem of premature ejaculation during my sleep on a regular frequency say every week or may be 10 days. Also, lustful scenes in a movie or serial is causing the ejaculation of some drops of semen. All of this is a healthy sign or any precautions needs to be taken?
