Premature ejacuation while urinating

Asked for Male, 36 Years

While urinating sometimes crystal clear jelly like ejacuation, it's like jelly and please tell me what can be done to stop that. Some times urine irritation occurs but urine flow is normal, so please tell me what can be done, Thanks in Advance
