I am preparing for a marathon that is coming up in five months. I have a pre atrial flutter and every so often my symptoms of heavy beating and feeling like I swallowed dry pancakes before my heart skips a beat happens. Two months ago I had to walk a lot during my runs because it would jump to 180-190 while running. I am not in elite shape but I am not out of shape. I stopped drinking coffee and it has helped reduce my symptoms. I am a 25 y/o female. Is it safe to run this marathon? Thanks
