Hello...you should know that most of the time premature ejaculation occurs due to stress, anxiety or depression if that's the case psychological motivation itself will improve the condition....you should try to separate your professional life from your personal life and try to engage in activities which helps to destress like yoga, meditation and swimming.....if you are still finding it difficult consult a psychiatrist for psychological guidance.....Sometimes premature ejaculation can occur due to chronic alcoholism or in smokers, stopping that gradually will improve the condition. Sometimes it may be due to hormonal imbalance, or due to infection to prostate or due to trauma or might occur in diabetes and high blood pressure patients.....If this is the case, kindly consult a physician for further management.

Dear Practo User.
Thanks for sending across your query.
"Premature Ejaculation"are very common and easily manageable issues. Premature ejaculation is diagnosed if time is less than 1 minute. Generally in 1-2 minutes a man /women don't feel sexually satisfied. Due to lack of proper guidance and ignorance, this issue does not get resolved easily.
It is appropriate to consider the varied options available for solving this issue, such as, counselling by a Sexologist, medical treatment including both modern & alternative medicine, and non-medical methods like exercises/techniques of controlling early ejaculation.Healthy diet, regular workout, 8-9 hours of sleep, meditation etc., can also help you get rid of this problem.
And
"Erectile Dysfunction (ED)" also can be treatable easily but before we start treatment for ED you have to get some of your test done.
