I had protective sex befor 3 month n m continue with m menstruation bt now in dis month nt havng any any cramp thats y m taking haldi n hot milk due to dis having brown discharge n nt having predioes n my home pregnancy test was negative

Detail history required.. It might be premenstrual spotting.., what was you last period date? either  meet a gynac nearby  or you can consult online personally
