Took mifepristine 200mg 54 hrs ago. After 24 hrs of mifepristine took 200mcg misoprostol vaginally and second dose after 12 hrs. Still no bleeding. Just a little bit brown flow was seen. But had cramps and nausea. Was my abortion failed??? Really worried. Plz help.

This regimen of taking misoprostol is not what s recommended.
Also it depends on what weeks of pregnancy you were trying to abort.
Kindly connect with a nearby gynaecologist for an ultrasound and further management can be done accordingly
