I had a abortion last day in a hospital by a doctor. But afer the abortion had finished I am not bleeding. Others told that women bleed after abortion but I am not. Is it ok?

Its not necessarily to bleed after an abortion.
It cn be a little spotting for 2 to 3 days after which nothing.
Although if you are still worried you can get an ultrasound done to rule out adhesions and RPOC
