Fetal reduction can be carried out up to 8 weeks. It's done via cervical route. If there is any abnormal foetus, that is targeted or otherwise, the most accessible one is chosen. It carries risk of infection and abortion. You can meet a specialist a radiologist specialising in obstetric intervention for that
