My wife conceive 1 week ago. We stop having intercourse doctor. I am having doubt that after baby born only we have intercourse or can me and my wife have intercourse once a week.

The 1st 3 months of pregnancy is a phase where a couple should be careful..  after the 12th  week scan rules out any problems then you can resume normal sexual activity.
