I'm getting dammu means when we run we will get that is called dammu in Telugu.
I'm not doing any activities still I'm getting this problem. I'm just in 3rd month any home remedi please.

Hello if you are facing breathing difficulties proper examination should be done to rule out various respiratory and cardiac diseases consult physician and obg specialist for further evaluation and treatment...at home you can inhale steam...I hope this helps to solve your problem...avoid cold items in future atleast till the end of pregnancy.
