Hello if you are facing breathing difficulties proper examination should be done to rule out various respiratory and cardiac diseases consult physician and obg specialist for further evaluation and treatment...at home you can inhale steam...I hope this helps to solve your problem...avoid cold items in future atleast till the end of pregnancy.
