Hi, I am taking Supracal XT as advised by doctor. Doc has not given me any folic acid tab...is it ok since I am pregnant for 4 weeks...let me know

Take Capsule Fol123 once a day till 12 weeks of pregnancy
Mothers Horlicks two spoons with milk two times a day for a month for baby brain growth

Health Tips
Drink plenty of water and fruits juice
Take a boiled egg daily
Sleep for two hours in afternoon and for eight hours at bedtime to improve blood flow to baby

Avoid horror films and violence on TV
