Hello good evening sir. I am very much happy to see your concern for your wife. Be cool and relax first. Nothing to worry.ok let me come to the point. It is purely a allergic condition and there may be chances to spread to the other parts of body                                        1 , ask her to take bath with mild hot water.                                              2. Apply  pure coconut oil to the affected area.                                      3. Stop MEDICINEs taking for her pregnancy. Ensure her nothing will happen.
Next Steps
If symptoms still persist take online consultation  I will explain you the treatment. ok
