I am currently 5 weeks pregnant and have a metal taste in my mouth, i am worried as today i ate fried sushi without know i am not allowed to. Is this a bad sign i should be worried about?

Do not worry. You should avoid sushi because sometimes it contains raw fish. In that case it contains small worms which can cause infection.
Otherwise small amount of anything does not cause any problem in pregnancy
