Pregnancy worries

Am about 7 weeks pregnant....originally was going to have the baby...things changed with my partner..made an appointment for an abortion soon...ended up going out having drinks and a small amount of cocaine....am really confused and regretting my decision to abort the baby....how big are the chances something would be wrong if I decided to keep it...I have heard other women don't find out they r pregnant till like 6 or 7 weeks and have drank alot.
