Before pregnancy i was on plumper side .... 4'11 and 64 kg now i am six months preg and weigh 71 kg .... what kind of yoga shall i do .... and if i opt for c section .. how can i avoid a belly bulge ..as i wont be able to exercise for a good 4 months from d date of delivery ??

Wait gain of 8 to 11 kg is normal in pregnancy. As far as exercise is concerned you can exercise after 6 weeks of delivery.; even if you deliver by a c section
