Pregnancy with spine problem
We are married since 3 years. Currently, we are trying for ICSI with donor eggs (if needed) to conceive due to infertility problem (less egg count) as per guidance of our gynac. AMH - 0.127. My sperm report is good. We are looking to conceive as soon as possible. Last year (Sept 2016) - She had a surgery of Endometriosis. Left ovary partially damaged. Now, since past few weeks she has been complaining of back pain, Xray done, she has been diagnosed with Schmorl's nodes at L1, L2 vertebrae in her spine (reports attached). What can be the risks during her pregnancy if she conceives by any method like ICSI/IVF? My personal confusion is how to take calculated risk - conceiving with any risks or her good health for the rest of her life, please help.

After pregnancy there is change in posture and weight of a woman. It may aggravate her pain. But exact effect/treatment will be told by spine surgeon only as they are routinely doing it. Any thing do be done is better before pregnancy only. And you may require MRI spine for more detail evaluation. Today’s her weight also matter.
