Hi doctors I just did my pregnancy test and got a confirmation that i am pregnant with my second baby after 2.5 years of previous c-section. Now the concern is i am overweight was trying to reduce weight for the conception..but happened way before.. Is this period gap for next child is good to proceed? How do i reduce weight without any complexity to baby?? Need serious guidance as we are worried.
