Pregnancy with nexplanon
My girlfriend has had nexplanon in for about one and half years now and about 2 weeks ago we had unprotected sex. I did not ejaculate inside of her because after a little while we decided to put on a condom as well. She's about a week late on her period and I'm worried that pre cum could have gotten her pregnate. She took a test last week and it was negative and plans on taking another one in a few days. What are the chances of someone getting pregnate from pre cum on nexplanon? How long do you think we have to wait to get an accurate test result?

Nexplanon is effective up to 3 years. Pregnancy is very unlikely. Nexplanon can cause change in bleeding pattern. You can do a beta hCG to confirm pregnancy after 3 weeks of unprotected sex
