I am on the nexplanon. I have been very nauseous, always hungry, headaches everyday, bad mood swings and always tired. All of the pregnancy test I took came back negative

The symptoms you are presenting could be the side effects of Nexplanon which is a hormone (progestin) containing implant for birth control. You should consult your gynaecologist once and discuss these symptoms so as to further decide on whether to continue with it or not.
