Pregnancy, upset stomach

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I am pregnant and have pain in right abdominal from start. its very early in pregnancy and i don't wanna risk it... I have a upset stomach from yesterday, vomiting also. Its very painful as during vomit all my nerves and muscles stretch and that pain in right side of stomach becomes unbearable. Can anyone suggest me any medicine which will not affect my pregnancy.???
