Pregnancy-TSH level is high
Good morning doctor..i am 6week pregnant.i am taking 75mcg of thyroid tablet since before pregnancy as i am having hypothyroid. yesterday i took thyroid test. The result is t3(total)126.70 ng/dl and t4(total)10.06microgrm/dl, but tsh level is high having 4.99uIU/ml. so i called my gyno as she asked me to increase the dosage.now am taking 100 mcg.. 1.Is this right dosage?? 2.when should i need to take thyroid test again to monitor the level??

Cut off for first 3 months in pregnancy is 2.5 for TSH. The dose is correct which has been prescribed. Repeat test after ,6 weeks if starting the new dose.
