Pregnancy test result

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Today is my 12 dpo , and I took HCG injection on my 7 dpo and today is 7 days past trigger. I ovulated on Dec 6. I took upt today (not fasting urine) I got negative result , is it early to test ? Or When should I test ? My lmp : Nov 15, I ovulated on day 23 of my cycle. So when should I test ???
