From your description I can understand that you underwent cesarean section following which stitches were applied and about 10 days after the procedure you are still having pain. Pain after so many days is unusual mostly there might be infection of the wound. I would like to to see the want before I can suggest you the the treatment since there is no infection antibiotics are not necessary
