I recently had unprotected sex with my boyfriend, though he did not ejaculate inside me and he'd urinated beforehand. I have PCOS and tend to have periods roughly every 2 months, though this can vary a lot. I have not had any ovulation symptoms and I am not on any kind of birth control yet. This happened on Friday night and it is now Sunday morning

Before taking any pill u get ur sonography done,as u already are having PCOs , taking any pill without confirmation will only disturb ur periods cycle even further.
You need to start with treatment for regularising your periods.
