2 weeks ago I had sex with me boyfriend with no protection but as far a I know he did not ejeculate in me I have endometriosis and a mirena coil but I have not had a period for the past year but I was taking norithisisterone at the time due to a breakthrough bleed but 4 days ago i started bleeding and have been since it is light some days and brown

Kindly get an ultrasound done to see for the cause . possibility of the mirena coil being disturbed or a withdrawal effect of harmones .
