See planning itself means half truth as u can plan only not to have a child but then when u want to have a child it's not in it hand. I feel rather than thinking about career one should think about his relationship with his wife. All other factors fall down in line . One should also think about age factor, amount of stress he or she is taking as that is going to hamper conception.these r some of the many factors
