Pregnancy Related - My Wife Is 30 Weeks Pregnant. For The Last 1

My wife is 30 weeks pregnant. For the last 1 month she has developed rashes inside her vagina. Some rashes are outside vagina also. It's itching & she is having white discharge also. She has been using Clotrimazole cream & pessary, but it's not healing. Pls suggest some medicines which is safe during pregnancy..
