Brinjal can be taken during pregnancy but as it is heat increasing by nature, better to avoid its very frequent intake.

You can eat whatever you want. There really is no restrictions during pregnancy. If you have issues like bloating or pain after consuming a particular variety of food then you can avoid it The only thing I advise my patients to avoid during pregnancy is artificial colours , flavours , stale food , cooked and refrigerated food. These will have a negative impact on your baby's physical growth and mental development. Try to consume foods which are fresh and wholesome. If you have a urge to eat something, go ahead and have it. Even if you feel it's junk food. Because you being happy n calm will have the best impact on your baby
