If you have issues like bloating or pain after consuming a particular variety of food then you can avoid it
The only thing I advise my patients to avoid during pregnancy is artificial colours , flavours , stale food , cooked and refrigerated food.
These will have a negative impact on your baby's physical growth and mental development.
Try to consume foods which are fresh and wholesome.
If you have a urge to eat something, go ahead and have it. Even if you feel it's junk food. Because you being happy n calm will have the best impact on your baby
