Hi doctor
It's 1month. 3 days of my 26 weeks pregnancy termination via normal delivery due to Eclampsia...now I'm suffering abdominal pain with spotting...as per scan I'm having bits of conception...so what can be done to clear this bits from uterus...please advise.
