Hi dctr, actually my sister has 2 years old girl and she has done pregnancy test and ultrasound also, 40days pregnancy is there she don't want to continue, her hemoglobin is always came 7-8 so what to do? Pls suggest

Due to low haemoglobin....I would suggest a d and c ( cleaning procedure)

If she wants to continue pregnancy then improving the haemoglobin levels by iron therapy..  Regular follow up,  adequate diet rich in iron and protein should be given.. If not then visit to gynaecologist and ask for MTP For detail consultation connect with me online
