Asked for Female, 30 Years

30yrs regular periods 28days no h/o any illness, lmp 25/2 missed 45days, got it today, hpt came negative and is there any chance of pregnancy with periods.. Also what's possible cause for missed periods.. Never used birth controls, no abnormal weight gain, got it on point every month.. Beta hcg took yesterday less than 2ml.. Just experienced a few preg symptoms earlier, heavier breasts, tiredness, craving to eat a lot.. Suddenly got it today.. What would be possible cause..

Hormonal imbalance maybe possibility because for that no age bar . After menstruation get done ultrasonography for pcod and TSH level .Take folic acid also.
