Am getting periods cramps but not bleeding ...am i pregnent plz suggest as i am very confused and my breast becomming heavy nf hard

If you are having doubt of pregnancy then do pregnancy test either by urine or blood.Blood is Bhcg and confirmed test.Negative means no pregnancy . Then take medicine for withdrawal bleeding after consulting with the gynaecologist.
