Hi i am 32 years old female. I got married in Feb 2018 and want to start family. Do I need to plan it or should I get few checks done prior to planning. I donot have any historical medical issue. Do I need any medication prior to planning.

First consult to doctor get done some investigation and start folic acid .your age is more so plan for early pregnancy otherwise with passing day problem will increase and you feel anxiety.
