Pregnancy problem help!!!!!!!!

Hello im tryin to get pregnant about 3 months and i keep geting negative tests i have miscro cysts in my ovarian how can cure them and does that stop me to get pregnant? My doctor said me to take contaceptive pills to regulate my periods pls help what kind of treatment can i use pls help
