Since both of u are young and presuming no significant medical history u may try for good 3-4 months... If no success, u may see an infertility specialist just for normal check up n Preconceptional counselling..

If you are trying for the first time and no significant past medical history then yes try naturally, also start tab folic acid 5mg one tab daily. But there is no harm in consulting a gynecologist if you have had some medical issues in the past or your husband. Good luck.
