My wife 38 weeks pregnant had a c-section in first baby 7years back. Current scenario scar thickness comes 3.7mm . if it is possible and safe to go for normal delivery

See there are certain indication risk assessment and contraindications for trial of labour after cesarean section and for that u need to have a thorough assessment which might not be possible online
