Pregnancy Night - baby kicks or hunger?
Hi doctors,
Hope you are doing well. Im in 5th month now. All my reports are normal. However, I have insomnia on fewer nights, n I end up getting only 5 to 6 hrs of sleep. I have observed these days, I kind of get hunger pangs at midnight around 3 am, I do snack sometimes a lil because of it, but it's still persist. Is it baby kicks/ movement? Or really I get hungry? Im confused. Please suggest
