If she doesn't have any symptoms at present and wishes to travel she can. But she should preferably travel with another person accompanying her. Her travel should be comfortable and she should keep her limbs moving and preferable walk in between the cabin whenever possible. You can use compression stockings which will give her relief on the long travel. Kindly take care and get clearance from your treating OBGYN before travelling as you may require it.
