Dear Sir / Madam
Please find attached my wife pelvic Ultrasonography scan report for confirmation of the pregnancy. Kindly check and confirm the she is pregnant or not.
Last Menses date is 11th Feb 2018. Now 37 days . We have done pregnancy test on 18th march 2018.

Hello
It will not show in ultrasound so early. However kit test is positive. I would advice you to get a lab UPT done for confirmation. Ultrasonography after 2 months.
