Pregnancy.
My sister had last period on 15th June but till now she didn't got her periods although she is having medicine to regular period cycle. She checked thrice for pregnancy but the result is negative. Her period cycle is also normal now...then why she is not able to conceive.

conception takes time. you should be giving a try for natural conception for atleast 6 months. you can also get investigated and if everything is normal then just wait. ask her to have intercourse during the middle of the cycle
