Hello. My sister is 2 months into pregnancy. She is in Odisha in remote village. Not able to consult to a good doctor. I remember when I was pregnant doctor suggested me mcbm 69 for follic acid. Can you please suggest any follic acid tablet for my sister and the dosage.

T folvite 5 mg Od for 1 month
T Doxinate. BD for 1 month

Yes she can take MCBM or tab folvite MB or tab Fol123. Anything which has 5 mg of folic acid can be taken daily once.
