Hi, First of all congratulations for your pregnancy as you are about to enter in a wonderful world of motherhood. As per your concern if the pain is felt in upper part of abdomen it may be due to acidity so take small diets at a time but increase frequency. Don’t stay hungry for a long time. If symptoms are too aggressive then you may take pregnancy safe antacids. Now come to other causes if you are experiencing any burning and itching and pain then it might be due to UTI. So drinks water. And other reason may be due to false uterine contractions and that is for preparing your uterus for The BIG day but these will be at irregular intervals not consistent and increasing. Still I suggest if you have discomfort ,consult your gynaecologist. Hope it will help!! Best of luck for your baby!
